Here’s hoping you're all wearing the green today and haven’t received too many pinches – and if you did, you at least enjoyed them.
I’m mentioned before how I’m a quote fiend but don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned my love of Irish blessings. Yesterday I posted one of my favorites on the Facebook. Today, I used another one of my favorites as my status and wanted to share it with y’all:
"May the Irish hills caress you.
May her lakes and rivers bless you.
May the luck of the Irish enfold you.
May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you."
Blessings in abundance to each and every one of you on this St. Patrick’s Day 2011 and in honor of all things Irish today, one of my favorite singers just so happens to hail from Ireland – the marvelously talented Mr. Van Morrison.
